2. Alcance de los servicios
K & K Consultorías brinda asesoramiento profesional, técnico y estratégico en base a la información, documentación, fotografías, planos, presupuestos, antecedentes y datos aportados por el cliente.
Los servicios pueden incluir, según el caso contratado:
- diagnóstico inicial;
- revisión de presupuestos;
- análisis de riesgos de obra;
- orientación previa a compra, construcción o remodelación;
- asesoría sobre decisiones técnicas, económicas o de planificación;
- reuniones virtuales o presenciales previamente acordadas.
El servicio no reemplaza estudios técnicos, peritajes, cálculos estructurales, informes legales, habilitaciones municipales, dirección de obra formal ni la intervención de profesionales matriculados cuando la normativa aplicable lo requiera.
3. Responsabilidad del cliente
El cliente se compromete a brindar información verdadera, completa y actualizada. K & K Consultorías no será responsable por errores, omisiones, decisiones o consecuencias derivadas de información incompleta, falsa, desactualizada o no entregada por el cliente.
4. Contratación y pagos
La contratación queda confirmada una vez acreditado el pago por los medios habilitados en el sitio web o por los canales informados por K & K Consultorías.
Los precios, moneda, condiciones de pago y alcance del servicio serán los publicados en el sitio web o acordados por escrito antes de la contratación.
5. Agenda, cambios y ausencias
Las reuniones o asesorías se coordinan según disponibilidad. El cliente podrá solicitar una reprogramación con al menos 24 horas de anticipación.
Si el cliente no se presenta a la reunión pactada o no entrega la información necesaria para prestar el servicio, K & K Consultorías podrá considerar el servicio como reservado o iniciado.
6. Política de reembolsos
Por tratarse de servicios profesionales personalizados, una vez agendado, iniciado, preparado o entregado el servicio, no se realizan reembolsos.
Solo podrá evaluarse un reembolso total o parcial en caso de incumplimiento comprobable atribuible exclusivamente a K & K Consultorías.
No se realizarán reembolsos por cambio de opinión del cliente, falta de entrega de información por parte del cliente, ausencia a la reunión acordada, disconformidad basada en expectativas no incluidas expresamente en el servicio contratado o decisiones tomadas por el cliente fuera del alcance de la asesoría.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
Las recomendaciones brindadas por K & K Consultorías tienen carácter orientativo y profesional dentro del alcance contratado. La decisión final sobre compras, contrataciones, ejecución de obra, inversiones, presupuestos o selección de proveedores será responsabilidad exclusiva del cliente.
K & K Consultorías no garantiza resultados económicos, comerciales, constructivos o legales específicos, ni será responsable por actos de terceros, contratistas, proveedores, profesionales externos, inmobiliarias, constructoras o entidades públicas.
8. Propiedad intelectual y confidencialidad
Los informes, diagnósticos, recomendaciones, documentos, mensajes, grabaciones, metodologías y materiales entregados por K & K Consultorías son para uso exclusivo del cliente contratante.
El cliente no podrá revender, publicar, copiar o distribuir dichos materiales sin autorización previa y por escrito.
K & K Consultorías tratará la información recibida con criterio de confidencialidad, salvo autorización del cliente o requerimiento legal.

10. Jurisdicción
Toda controversia derivada de la contratación de servicios será tratada en primera instancia mediante canales de atención directa. En caso de no alcanzarse una solución, serán aplicables las normas correspondientes según el domicilio del responsable comercial y la normativa de consumo aplicable.

2. Scope of services
K & K Consulting provides professional, technical and strategic advisory services based on the information, documents, photographs, plans, budgets, background details and data provided by the client.
Depending on the service hired, services may include:
- initial diagnosis;
- budget review;
- construction risk analysis;
- guidance before buying, building or remodeling;
- advice on technical, economic or planning decisions;
- virtual or in-person meetings previously agreed upon.
The service does not replace technical studies, expert reports, structural calculations, legal reports, municipal permits, formal construction management or the participation of licensed professionals when applicable regulations require them.
3. Client responsibility
The client agrees to provide true, complete and updated information. K & K Consulting will not be responsible for errors, omissions, decisions or consequences arising from incomplete, false, outdated or undelivered information.
4. Hiring and payments
The hiring is confirmed once payment is credited through the payment methods enabled on the website or through the channels informed by K & K Consulting.
Prices, currency, payment conditions and service scope will be those published on the website or agreed in writing before hiring.
5. Scheduling, changes and no-shows
Meetings or consulting sessions are scheduled according to availability. The client may request rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice.
If the client does not attend the scheduled meeting or does not provide the necessary information to perform the service, K & K Consulting may consider the service reserved or started.
6. Refund policy
Because these are personalized professional services, once the service has been scheduled, started, prepared or delivered, refunds are not issued.
A full or partial refund may only be reviewed in case of a proven breach attributable exclusively to K & K Consulting.
Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind, failure to provide information, absence from the scheduled meeting, dissatisfaction based on expectations not expressly included in the hired service, or decisions made by the client outside the advisory scope.
7. Limitation of liability
The recommendations provided by K & K Consulting are professional guidance within the hired scope. Final decisions regarding purchases, hiring, construction execution, investments, budgets or provider selection are the client's exclusive responsibility.
K & K Consulting does not guarantee specific economic, commercial, construction or legal results, and will not be responsible for acts of third parties, contractors, providers, external professionals, real estate companies, construction companies or public entities.
8. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Reports, diagnoses, recommendations, documents, messages, recordings, methodologies and materials delivered by K & K Consulting are for the exclusive use of the hiring client.
The client may not resell, publish, copy or distribute those materials without prior written authorization.
K & K Consulting will treat the information received with confidentiality, except with client authorization or legal requirement.

10. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the hiring of services will first be addressed through direct support channels. If no solution is reached, the applicable rules will be those corresponding to the commercial representative's address and applicable consumer regulations.
